Good stuff, convenient location
The money blocked when I booked the hotel will be unblocked not earlier than in a month. It is not good!!!
Nice hotel, comfortable rooms and despite there was a party at the hotel's restaurant, you didn't hear anything in the room.
It is far from city centre. Also there was an unsolved issue about payment. We stayed there for two nights. When we left, as the bill was less than expected, we asked about it and we were told there was a discount because they wanted us to come back. We thanked that, payed and left. After two weeks, when we checked our credit card expenses, there was an extra charge from the hotel without any explanation. We still don't have any answer and when you check the figures it seems "they regretted about the discount and decided to charge it", without saying anything to us before doing it.
Hotel is really new, strong and good wood smell in the room. Bathroom is clean and of a good quality. Very confortable bed. It is not exactly 20 minutes walk to the old town, maybe 30, but as weather was warm it was worth a walk!
Being a business hotel, I would expect WI-Fi in the rooms (it is said that was availably only in public areas, by the way people might need more in the room). No buffet breakfast.
Good location in case of reason of my travel. Clean and comfort standard room.
A standard room is without air conditioner. Empty minibar. Tv remote control is not available in a room, reception staff should give it to guests.
the staff verey nice
Staff very friendly and most can speak English. Good value for money. Spacious, well presented, rooms nice.
I was the only guest in the hotel! Restaurant was open but not staffed, I even had a wander through the kitchen to see if I could cook myself something! Main bar was also closed. Lobby bar 'open', had to ask receptionist to keep calling the bar lady who spoke no English. So three bottles of beer and a bag of crisps for dinner! You have to pay extra for the sauna.
Breakfast was horrible and was only refilled after we asked. For the price not very good value for money.
Peaceful and friendly helpful staff.
The only missing thing was tea and coffee m making facilities in room
Staff friendly, very good breakfast and meals
No international channels with exception of some news in foreign language
Personale cortese. Camera molto funzionale, buoni servizi, posizione molto tranquilla.
chování personálu údržbář velmi nahlas křičel sprostá slova na recepční po dobu dvou hodin při nějaké opravě dne 17.12. personál neuznává členům klubu GE pozdní chek-out - prý neexistuje
Grato
